I had a very disappointing experience with Bene Technology during a service visit for my Samsung washer on September 29. The washer repeatedly gives UB errors when washing bedding, although it handles small loads. The technician, Jeff Kim, concluded that I was overloading the washer without testing it with a quilt or any laundry. I repeatedly asked him to stay and observe the problem, but he said he did not have time and left. When I explained the ongoing issue, he told me it was my problem, not his. He kept talking over me and told me i didn't know how to operate it. Mind you, i've had several people tell me it was defected when they used it, including my cleaners that refused to do my laundry do to this defected unit. No repair was completed, and the paperwork only stated "UB Error Inspection." The problem remains unresolved. After waiting weeks for this appointment, I expected a thorough inspection and respectful communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. read more

I took time off to be available for a 10am-2pm appointment. After 6 hours of waiting on a tech, I had not received any contact. No one from the company picks up phone calls (at least the many I called never had someone pick up). I paid the $125 fee to secure the appointment and received a refund via text. For a "licensed" Samsung repair company, this was a waste of my time and it's disappointing Samsung has them listed as a trusted vendor. DO NOT recommend. read more

I experienced unacceptably poor service regarding a repair for my 5.5-year-old Samsung refrigerator.Scheduling Failures: The initial appointment was scheduled a week out. The technician was a "no-call, no-show."Extended Delays: The company could not accommodate an urgent appointment, forcing us to wait a second consecutive week without a refrigerator.Poor Communication: The technician attempted to arrive hours before the scheduled 3:00 PM-7:00 PM window, then arrived late for the revised time, showing up at 6:45 PM.Inadequate Technical Inspection: The technician concluded that a faulty fan broke the condenser without using a voltmeter or performing standard diagnostic tests. He then claimed the repair was not cost-effective to cover.Consumer beware. Based on this highly unprofessional service experience, I will no longer purchase Samsung appliances read more

Absolutely unfathomably bad service. I wouldn't even call it bad service. I would call it NO service. We were hooked up with these jokers through Samsung directly. No one called to schedule service from Bene Tech. I called 5 times and each time sent to voicemail which was full. You're a service industry and I can't leave you a voicemail? It gave the option to have follow up via text. Still no call and it has been 5 days. These guys don't deserve the paper their business license is printed on. You suck! read more

Beyond Disappointed- Actually FURIOUS!! This was a Samsung Warranty Repair on our 5.5 yr old fridge. The previous company used a voltmeter to determine it was the compressor was dead. A $1200 part, worth going through the warranty . The tech looked at the back of the unit and said 'Your Fan is Slow- that is your issue.' We asked him to check the compressor- HE WOULD NOT! The $1200 Compressor was Under Warranty! He said it's over 5 years old- buy a new one! And it took TWO Appointments for them to Show Up! We had to pay the $190 service fee by 10am for the 3-7pm appointment. He did Not Show Up or Call. They already Had our Money - they did not have another appointment for 7 Days!!! Then he was in and out the door, we waited 2 Weeks for the Samsung Warranty Appointment! IMO Its a Scam Racket!! Will Not Buy Another Samsung. Crappy Fridge. Crappy Warranty Service. read more

Are Samsung Bespoke refrigerator was leaking water under the crisper drawers. I bought the extra protection when we bought the refrigerator and they sent Bene technology to fix it. The tech was Jeff Kim who was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem in no time and explained to me what was wrong. read more

I called Samsung about getting the door tightened on my stove and the glass cleaned on the inside. I told them the model number and for $130 they sent a technician from Bene Technology. He felt the door closed well enough and to clean the glass it would be another $100. He did have to travel a long distance but nothing was mentioned about an extra charge to clean the glass. He said it was no point in cleaning the glass because when I cook food will drip inside the door again. Got nothing for my $130. I thought for that he would clean the glass and tighten the door. Said if the door is not tight I have to order a new door. So for $130 I got a technician in my kitchen and that was it. Samsung, thanks for allowing me to spend $130 to have a technician come to my kitchen. One star. Wish I could give them a 0 stars. read more

I was very disappointed. The tech was nearly 20 minutes early, which is fine except when I am leaving work at a certain time to meet them. Luckily, my wife got off work early and was home. He also didn't fully diagnose the issue. He said that it could either be the motor or one of the gears in the whole assembly. I could either pay twice as much for the whole assembly which might not be needed or only get the motor but if the gears were bad I would then have to book another service call. He should have disassembled the unit to verify whether the gears were bad or not instead of trying to get me to purchase the unneeded parts. It took me all of 5 minutes to disassemble it and determine that the motor is bad. read more

Had a set appointment on Saturday morning from 0900-1:00. At 1200 the technician called and stated because of other customer and how far he would have to drive to make the appointment he won't be there until 6:00. I explained to him that I had pre-paid for this time based on Bene's policy and I had plans for Saturday late afternoon. he became argumentative and wanted to make me feel bad because of his and the compan's problem. Not my problem as I'm home and paid. I called Samsung and got the run around there. The Technician never showed and of course Bene Technology is closed on Saturday. Absolutely horrible customer service read more

Made an appointment for a repair on our washer, they scheduled it for 1.1.25, I questioned that due to the Holiday, they confirmed the appointment. It was an expedited appointment due to an elderly family member, with a lot of laundry due to illness and I can't go to a laundromat due to an injury. They NO CALL NO SHOWED, I called back several times kept going to voicemail, they finally called back with "we can't get to you today but maybe tomorrow". I have filed 2 complaints with Samsung... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If they get out here today I will remove or update the review! read more

The came for the appointment and worked on my stove. He brought a part just in case, but it was not needed. He left with the part, and I was billed for it. They have not returned any texts or phone calls. I either want the part, or a refund. They are the only authorized Samsung service that I am aware of. I will certainly never buy a Samsung product again, especially if I can't get either the manufacturer or the repair company to respond. read more

didn't even rate service! The technician was so unfriendly and rude! After he inspected the dishwasher(Samsung, another story) , he told us he has to talk to Samsung for warranty, after that he disappeared without placing the appliance in it correct spot nor did he secure it with the intended screws. This was Friday, today Monday I called the office to complain about this technician, I believe his name is Ty, The lady on phone connected me to him and he literally screamed at me how I could claim he left without his job being done. Told him , in between his rants, that it wasn't. I don't have a functioning dishwasher. We were willing to pay then and there, he choose to leave with HAVE TO TALK TO SAMSUNG ABOUT WARRANTY Hubby and me waited for half an hour for him to come back inside but his car was gone. Now, i was told, by him, it doesn't MATTER IF APPLIANCE IS SECURED OR NOT HAS TO BE REPAIRED OR TRASHED. ADISHWASHER BOUGHT ON 5.6.23 FIR $1100, this is what BENE calls customer service! But the story doesn't end here. I caved, cause I'd like to have my dishwasher fixed, so I asked for an appointment. TheyWILL CHARGE ME A $150 ASSESSMENT FEE , even though they know what is broken. By now I'm sick to my stomach. I have an expensive, unsecured appliance in my kitchen which quit working in November, after only 6 months! Don't buy SAMSUNG but even more DONT USE THIS COMPANY it will only give you health problems from sick stomach to heart palpitations read more
