Christopher, the owner was able to get us on the schedule right away. He showed up the next day on time took pictures and videos all the way through come to find out our dryer line had approximately 7 to 8 gallons of water in it. Furthermore it was the kind that ran underground. After getting all the water out completely he installed a new flex line with dryer clamps. Dryer is running amazing. It was Sunday evening when I discovered a plumbing problem at the house. I decided to put out a…read morerequest a quote through Yelp so I could see who was available and get some pricing for Monday morning. I've had this issue happen years ago so I was pretty confident in the fact that I needed my main line snaked/augered. I feel like the whole point of doing these requests is to get the info you need without a bunch of phone calls and visitors to the house, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get a quote out of someone. I understand there are variables, but I'm including a description of what I need... at least give me a ballpark. While Holy City is one of the ones that would not offer any pricing, they did offer a free estimate and they also got back to me Sunday evening within minutes of putting in my request. I went back and forth on the app and set up an appointment for Monday morning between 10am-12pm and was told I would get a text 30 mins before to let me know someone was on the way. Well 10-12 came and went with no tech, no call, and no text. I did shoot them a message at that point letting them know that nobody came. A while later, they sent me a message saying that my appointment time had changed and would now be between 3-5pm. No apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment from that morning. So I replied, "No thank you. You already no call/no showed our first appointment". I get no response on the app so I figure what's done is done. Then I get a text around 3:15pm letting me know a tech is on his way to my home. I responded with a shortened version from above and that I no longer wanted service. Then it seemed I was getting a new message from an Aaron D stating he canceled the appointment and was sorry for the confusion about my appointment. I pointed out that there was no confusion about the appointment and that I was ready and waiting the whole time to which their tech no call/no showed. Then they just reschedule me for 5 hours later with zero explanation or apology. At that point, the problem was already fixed by another plumber from another company who was more reliable. From there, Aaron did apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and he would deal with it internally. Based on other reviews and the quick response to my initial inquiry, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Maybe this was a fluke for them, but I can only go off of the experience I had and it was quite disappointing. I'll add an extra star for Aaron reaching out to remedy the situation and acknowledging their mistake, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

I don't have any diagnostics devices I can use and even if I did, I don't know what the mean. What to do, what to do? Yea, you're the honey man, so you gotta get it fixed or no honey. And my day was going so well today too. Here's your fix, Mr. Fixit! Call Charlene at Ulgy Duct Cleaning who we have used for years at two different homes. Their name may say "Ugly" by that is nothing compared to the mood your Honey will be in if Mr. Fixit, doesn't "get 'er done". lol When you're in trouble, with your code, and you have no idea what it means, or what to do, Miss Charlene does! I called in the afternoon, and they were at our home at 9:00 AM the next morning because we needed it yesterday. I am not stating here that they can always respond that quickly. However, this time, they did in our case. Derek, their technician was out and done by 9:45 AM after completing a very thorough serving and lint removal from our dryer duct. What I enjoyed the most about their very efficient service is Derick climbing up on our roof to remove the lint from the breather duct going through the top of our roof of our home, and then taking a couple of minutes to show me how much lint he extracted from the roof duct and from our duct at the dryer vent. He then replaced the flex duct from the back of our dryer, connecting to the the bottom of the breather duct rising up through the roof. Derick stated that the dryer installation delivery teams always install inexpensive, non-flex duck that will crack, and eventually develop a hole leaving your dryer tint on the floor. He didn't say it, but I am, this is a home fire hazard you need to avoid to stay safe. Derick then installed a much more flexible duct connecting the back of our dryer vent to our homes Dryer breather duct. Finally, Derick made a recommendation to me based on the amount of lint he removed, if you should have your dryer duct serviced every year, or every six months. In our experience, Derek was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and was very patient with his explanations, and is a pleasant communicator. So if you like your honey, Honey, we have a recommend you call Charlene at Ugly Duct Cleaning when next you hear from your Honey about a dryer code. We are so glad we did. Enjoy!

I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done.
