They gave me a good price for the work, clean everything up. They are insured and fully bonded and they have a 10-year warranty on their workmanship and most the other companies I got quotes didn't come close to theirs. I'm having them come back to do some other work for me on my house and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted several companies for quotes and Exterior Cleaning was by far the most affordable. They responded quickly with a quote and I was able to respond via email to schedule. Their scheduler was courteous and responded quickly- I was able to get my cleaning scheduled for the next day. I didn't get a time for when the crew arrived, but I was home so this wasn't an issue for me. This company does use some chemicals to help the cleaning process, so be aware if you're sensitive to that. Our house turned out looking great. Afterwards, the only hiccup was that I had to ask a couple times for my invoice to pay. They sent it via email and I was able to pay with my credit card which was helpful. Definitely will look to Exterior Cleaning for my future needs.

No one wants to dig in their pockets to replace their roof. Especially in this area prone to…read morehurricanes, with the homeowners insurance placing a "deductible" of almost $6,000 on that roof for "wind & hail" damage. And then they have the gall to "depreciate" the roof a further $4K+. So for a new roof costing $14K the insurance company magnanimously chips in a lofty $4K leaving us to dig $10K in our pockets. But this review isn't about the homeowners insurance company, it's about our roofing company, which I proudly chose as it is a veteran owned local business. Chance (owner) is a Navy SEAL. And a good man too. He came out and checked the roof over and gave me an estimate that was higher than the insurance company's, and for good cause. He added materials that will reduce the chance of loss and make the roof better. The insurance company (surprisingly) agreed and chipped in the extra $ to get it done right. And right he did. The guys were at our home at 0645 on Monday. They were finished at 1815. And it looked great. And it got "tested" the very first night with a little rain and then again on Tuesday with a good downpour. If I had to have any roof done again, Chance would be my first and only choice. Not only did we get a veterans discount. But we got the highest warrantee his industry has. The roof will outlast the mortgage payments. They put a lot of work into surrounding our home with tarps so that everything coming down off the roof could be collected easily and none of our patio furniture or anything else was damaged. They spent a good while going around the house picking up odds and ends after removing the tarps when the job up top was finished. This is a real sign of a professional company. We've yet to find one nail. I can't recommend Low Country Roofing any higher or I would. We are having solar panels installed later this week so it had to be done as a proactive measure. That's a lot of cashola to part with in a very short time. But we feel confident that not only will our roof do it's intended job and do it well, while looking better than any of our surrounding neighbors, it will be a great base for the solar panel installation. If you find yourself in need of roofing work, Chance and his crew are very busy (a sure sign of a quality company) but they will get to you and deliver on every promise they make. They offer a 12-month same as cash plan, which does require a down payment and monthly payments, but for such a large expenditure this is a great deal. We opted to get it over with and wrote the check for the entire amount. I am confident that in the rare event that we do have a problem that they will be back to fix it, no questions asked and no delay. The warranty covers materials AND labor. And it's good for 25 years. As a proud Yelper, I am honored to write this review and give Low Country Roofing (their home office is in Goose Creek) the best endorsement that I've ever given anyone. The process was seamless and the scheduling easy. And even with a large home they finished it the day they started. Wow. 10 for ease of process 10 for ease of installation (no hassles at all) 10 for the roof looking great 10 for the roof being technically sound 10 for overall experience That's 50 for 50! And I'm not blowing smoke, they earned every bit of this review. I'd be happy to show off this new roof to anyone and I look forward to NEVER having to even have a need to use the warrantee. If you've got a similar need, you couldn't do better than Chance and Low Country Roofing.

Both times he and his crew were professional, skilled, efficient, and impeccable in both their work and their clean-up. Unexpected problems were identified and repaired with little fuss, and we know from experience that this company stands behind their work for its lifetime. Two times over the course of the last several years, Chance came out quickly to address a previous storm problem and a leak which the plumber swore was a roof issue but turned out to be his plumbing error. That time Chance couldn't help with the plumbing leak but saw two collars around the stacks on the roof were aging and so replaced those before they could become problems. Our neighbor even came out and complimented how beautiful this new roof is and how he noticed the excellent job the crew did! A roof that draws compliments! A bonus!
