Their cleaner was supposed to show up at 9 AM, but didn't arrive until 10:30 AM. The scheduler couldn't even reach her to determine when or if she was actually coming until 30 minutes before she got here. What I found truly hilarious was the scheduler had the audacity to text me about their one hour possible delay policy, KNOWING her cleaner was 90 minutes late. Once the cleaner arrived (after 10:30), she immediately began to work. She did a good job for the most part. Unfortunately, I had to have her re-clean a couple of areas that she missed the first time around. The cleaner seemed really nice, but it all felt rushed to me. Not so much cleaned as wiped up. I wish them the best, but I can't recommend them to anyone else.

He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable about new construction, and took the time to explain why soft washing was the safest approach -- especially for newer concrete and shell concrete surfaces that can be damaged by hard pressure washing. He was incredibly thorough throughout the entire job. All of the black mildew staining was completely removed, he carefully cleaned and moved all outdoor furniture and cushions, and even checked our gutters while he was here. He noticed several clogged gutters and took care of those for us as well, which we really appreciated. The house looks fantastic, and it's obvious he takes pride in doing the job the right way rather than rushing through it. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely use him again in the future.

The crew showed up on-time a week later to start the work. The crew took three days to do most of the work since the chimney had water damage repairs that needed to be made. The change order was complete with pictures of the damage and a fair quote to finalize the work. Once the cap was made it took just another few hours to complete everything. The team arrived at 7:30 AM and worked until 5:00. At the end of each day, the work site was all cleaned up any trash was taken away. Overall, a good team to work with.
