Right next door was a plant store with beautiful hanging flowers. I found peaches that were perfectly ripe. They had yellow and dark red cherries, that you could sample. I got the yellow cherries since they were sweeter with more flavor. I picked up some jam and corn as well. I wasn't offered help while I was there but the guy checking me out was nice. They had the ability to take credit cards but I paid with cash. They also have strawberry rhubarb pie. There is parking out front but we parked down the street by the ice cream shop.

She was genuinely nice to me, I had a great customer service experience with her. She really made me feel that local true community feeling, honestly how it should be. She was so nice when I mentioned it was my first time - she truly authentically welcomed me with such a kind tone and even walked me through signing up for their points system (much better than Market of Choice coupons this actually adds up toward your grocery bill)!!! We chatted about the store and its history a bit which was cool. I walked away feeling like wow, that was a nice experience! Rare these days even in Bend.
