Devin reviewed our order with the supplier to insure everything was correct. He found an error on our part and notified us in time to make the correction without impacting the project start date. * Confirmed with us when materials were received and delivered them to us on the same day. * Confirm project start date Friday before to insure we were still good to go for the next week. *Confirmed day before to set time of arrival the next morning. *Showed up on time each day of the project. Cleaned up every day and left the house and garage in the state it was in before they used the space. *Completed the project in the time promised at the price promised. His only response to use was "find another contractor" Nothing was salvageable and it cost us an additional 81% of our downpayment to fix his mistakes and poor quality of work. He offered plenty of sob story excuses and no effort to fix his mess. Think long and hard about hiring Integrity Jack of all Trades. He has no integrity and poor quality workmanship. Buyer beware!

We gathered samples went home and fought with color decision making. We made several visits for more samples and were always greeted by Patti Jo. When we finally decided on our carpet color and style, Patti Jo came to our home to measure and do her magic. She contacted us by email with a proposal. We then confirmed and our carpet was ordered. They were flexible and responsive to work through out realtor for scheduling of measurements. We had a tight time frame for installation which they were able to accommodate. The material we originally chose for the floors unfortunately was back ordered, Summers was able to find a suitable replacement that we actually liked better than our first choice. The installation team were professional, high quality and treated our home with respect. They arrived on time each day, and even worked Saturday to complete the project in time for us to move in.
