We had priced pre-built cabinets thinking that they would be more cost efficient, but his bid convinced us to go with custom built, and we are so glad we did! He built cabinets in our large kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. He also built shelving in our pantry, five closets, bookshelves, a mantle, and modified and refinished two antique vanities for other bathrooms. Kevin included so many extras making far more efficient use of our space. His craftsmanship and attention to details was excellent and you won't find a nicer guy!

I initially visited and did research for carpeting brands/styles and color. I was up north and visited the Clackamas store for a greater selection of wood products to try and match existing wood floor surfaces. Because of the distance, waiting for samples and other things there just was not good progress made and I needed to move in within 30 days. The other day I was about to lose my mind as over two weeks had gone by without a viable solution. So, I switched strategy to replace all the wood instead of matching. I called the store and Kathy answered. When I explained my plight, she said "come in tomorrow and I will help you". I didn't know that the store here could work with getting materials where I needed them up north. Anyway, I spent 3 or more hours with Kathy. At the end and thru several fits and starts (out of stock items-namely), I walked out with my materials ordered and in progress. YAY! But, wait! I started having panic attacks about the product ordered and wanted to try to order something else. I called her the next morning, early, and asked if it could be done! She said "it looks like it, let me check and I will call you back". Lo and behold, I am now receiving my new, preferred wood option and am a happy camper! Kathy deserves all my gratitude as I tried to navigate a solution which seemed impossible (and stressful). She was extremely patient with a novice at flooring and helped keep me calm. Please give her my thanks!

Our local store was a "meh" experience in the first place, & kind of lousy when it came to helping us with the shortage. So I looked online & started calling all over the country. Two other companies didn't even call back. But Lori at Green Flooring Supply picked up the phone & made our day! She realized they too were out of stock, but offered to call a couple of other places to find it. Called me back twice with the results (unfortunately no) BUT she did have the trim we needed, she let me put our contractor on speaker & they worked out what we needed. She explained the prices, (which were better than the local place), she found better & less expensive shipping. And she was just SO nice!! I would recommend to anyone nationwide.
