Anastasia was awesome! I was referred to Cost Less when we were building our new home and they became my go to for everything from countertops to carpet. They had a great selection and Anastasia helped me with what seemed like an overwhelming amount of decisions. Unlike some other stores, you can purchase just what you need, not a whole box as some other stores require & you can return unused product. Their pricing was excellent (I shopped around) and the customer service was always good. We worked with a lot of subs building our home and I can't count how many times we were told by sales people "we are so busy". We were shocked at the lack of customer service from some companies. Sometimes we never even got a return call after attempting to place an order. Business is not always going to be booming - customer service is key! Check out Cost Less. Working with Kathy at Cost Less Carpet was a fantastic experience. We were on a time crunch and needed carpet installed within 2 weeks of going into the store. They had a ton of carpets to choose from in their warehouse, so no need to special order. She put us in contact with an installer, Shane, with Mid State Construction Services, he was out to the new house within days to measure. We purchased the carpet at a fair price and he was installing it one week later. We also bought a stone composite flooring to be installed in the office, Shane was able to do that as well. Carpets and flooring were installed with in 2 days. He did a wonderful job. We are so pleased we went with Cost Less Carpet, they have the best prices (we went to one locally owned store and a big box store who quoted us a couple thousand dollars more). Cost Less Carpet totally worked us over on a tile order. We went there on the recommendation of our contractor and are sorry we did. We are replacing the tile in 1/3 of our home and wanted to get the job done while we were out of town. After selecting the tile we were assured that enough was on hand or less than a day out to do our job and they would mark the tile we wanted as 'Sold' When our contractor arrived a few days later to pay for the tile, he was told it was sold to someone else and that tile would not be available for 2 months. We had to make another trip back to Bend to pick out tile from another store. read more
