Apparently they don't have to follow the same rules as any other service type business. At least as far as I could tell anyway. I ended up with a rash around what they did ended up with over $1000 in additional bills because I had to go to the hospital for further treatment due to the rash. I broke out with after I did the work at CK Dermatology Medford.. ended up having to go twice. Then I got a bill for almost $800 which I was not made aware of but they get you because you signed the fine print stating that you're responsible for any of the cost even after I asked them how much it would be or if there was any additional charges and I was informed no.

Poor coordination in office, inability to bill insurance with correct diagnosis, providers can't…read moreseem to communicate with each other, doctor and other providers all gave me different diagnosis for same thing, then refused treatment due to symptoms not original diagnosis, and after 4 visits initial issue still not resolved. They seemed more concerned about doing biopsies for cancer than actually attending to the original issue. I don't have cancer and there was no signs of cancer, but they still wanted to biopsy and talk to me about cancer. I will not be returning to this quack of an office
