I should've known because that is usually a sign. I seen real nice. I asked questions about billing. Ask questions about cost. I was misled. Apparently they don't have to follow the same rules as any other service type business. At least as far as I could tell anyway. I ended up with a rash around what they did ended up with over $1000 in additional bills because I had to go to the hospital for further treatment due to the rash. I broke out with after I did the work at CK Dermatology Medford.. ended up having to go twice. Then I got a bill for almost $800 which I was not made aware of but they get you because you signed the fine print stating that you're responsible for any of the cost even after I asked them how much it would be or if there was any additional charges and I was informed no.

Dr. Young and Christa Cavanaugh, PA-C , are fine practitioners that consistently deliver sound medical advice and treatment. This is instead an issue of inconvenience and inconsideration. Upon making an appointment with this group (most generally with the PA, Christa Cavanaugh) - What follows is a barrage of messages that begin sometimes 6 to 8 weeks prior to the appointment to remind you that your appointment is coming. And they usually involve having you click on something to confirm that you acknowledge that you have the appointment. They always request that you come 15 minutes early even if you've been coming regularly every six months or the last time you were seen was only a few weeks prior. If there's ever any paperwork that can be filled out online I always do that just to avoid having to do anything else there. Consequently when I check in, there is nothing for me to do but sit down and wait. I realize that they don't want patients failing their appointments or arriving late, and that they value their practitioners time. (They make a point of stating in their countless reminder texts, that failure to make the appointment may result in a fee of $25.00.) Consequently, when we come to the office, my husband and I are always at least 15 to 20 minutes early. Unfortunately...it has NEVER failed that we have had to wait usually a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes to be seen. There is never an apology. There is never any kind of communication or an explanation as to why she was late or at least an acknowledgment that I had been waiting. Consequently, I usually try to make my appointments early so that I'm the first patient, and even in those cases I've had Christa stroll in to the exam room almost 20 minutes late and I was her first patient! It's just annoying to me that while an office and their practitioners consider their time valuable, they consistently demonstrate a total disregard for mine.

The time has come to leave a review, and warn every person seeking to enhance their appearance, to stay far away from this doctor. First, he has the personality of a doorknob. Which is great, if his artistic talent compensated for the lack of personality and bedside manner. But when this doctor cannot listen to your concerns, be passionate about making women look great, or even attempt to make a pair of breasts look even during a lift, the lack of personality factors into the conclusion, that it's time to retire. The staff are great. Dr. Jensen's wife, Amy is great. Very talented with fillers and Botox. I highly recommend Amy Jensen for fillers. But, you want a great pair of breasts? Go anywhere but here. Go to Vegas. Go to Portland, or California. Heck, just go buy a push up bra and call it a day. Anywhere but here.
