I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.

Because of this, I had to find another doctor to address the problem. The area became infected, and I learned that the instructions I was given were actually preventing it from healing. The new doctor prescribed antibiotics and provided the correct protocol, which finally helped, but I am still not fully healed after two months. Based on this experience, I would not trust this clinic with my care or my family's care.

I ended up with a rash around what they did ended up with over $1000 in additional bills because I had to go to the hospital for further treatment due to the rash. I broke out with after I did the work at CK Dermatology Medford.. ended up having to go twice. Then I got a bill for almost $800 which I was not made aware of but they get you because you signed the fine print stating that you're responsible for any of the cost even after I asked them how much it would be or if there was any additional charges and I was informed no.
