After I left an honest review, she denied involvement altogether and even accused us of being fake--which could not be further from the truth. I stand by everything I've said. She required my son to pay for a garbage disposal, which wasn't his responsibility as a tenant. On top of that, she made a bizarre claim through a carpet cleaning service, stating that a cat had entered the home with a key and left behind kitty litter--my son has never owned a cat. These aren't just misunderstandings; they reflect a deeper level of dishonesty and mismanagement. He only received around $600 of his $2,000 deposit back, without a valid explanation. There was no walkthrough, and the condition of the home was clean--photos and documentation support that. Thankfully, his current property management company treats him with dignity and respect--qualities sorely lacking in this prior experience. In my opinion, if the owner of ABC Property Management were more honest and respectful, her business might fare far better. Do your homework and don't take her word at face value. Protect yourself. My situation was rare, and had to move out with 30 days notice from the bank. Basically we were paying the property management company and then they were paying the owner of home, but the owner wasnt paying the mortgage, so we randomly got a notice on the door for auction of home by the bank, which was shocking. I immediately called stephanie, who was just as shocked as i was. So basically bank gave me option to buy which I was 22-23 at the time and not able to, or move out. Stephanie felt so bad and tried getting me into another rental but they didnt have anything at the time. All of this was a bummer, to say the least but none of it was Stephanie's fault or any fault of abc property managements. Im looking for a rental now and the first thing I did was look at abcs website do rentals unfortunately there are none available but I see Stephanie is still the one running abc and that made me smile!

You are the definition of insufferable. The cherry on top was receiving the email I was sent implying that I falsified my ESA paperwork. It came directly from my doctor and I and you had all of my doctors information on my application already. That was wild. Make it make sense. Clearly not the sharpest tools in the shed working here. Aaron did apologize for that but it still doesn't excuse the behavior. That should not ever be happening. There is no excuse for this. In the end you denied us which is fine, if I had given you all the proper paystubs I would have easily been accepted (because I failed to provide the other paystubs) but after everything, there is NO chance I will ever rent with your company. I cannot even imagine what sort of hell you would try to put us through. Look at all your 1 star reviews. Possible future tenants, I implore you to go read those reviews. You all as an entire team in there should be embarrassed and ashamed of your own behavior. Just look at the response you gave to the other 1 star review someone gave you on google.
