He rents out his house for $1700 a month with a backyard and doesn't let you do a thing in the backyard no swing-sets nothing fun if you have children, he then will pull up and watch the house when your inside of it and you pay your rent on time, they do not fix anything when asked, HE WILL SAY ITS A 12 month lease but then right before signing they have it as a 9 month lease and he will not resign your lease after 9 months he continues to get new residents in. Even if you pay your rent on time and have the house cleaned spotless and take care of the property he doesn't care he will not resign your lease. Awful. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR THAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are shady. They don't even have an office you can walk into. They do everything off texting and phone calls. They walk into your home without asking!! There was one time I had a dog bowl out front and one of the worker said something to another worker and they started calling me asking if I had a dog on property when I never did the worker said when he was picking up the hose that I hid the dog bowl lol when it was in front of my house the whole time. They have absolutely no life. Straight mold in house and they don't do anything about it. You are the definition of insufferable. The cherry on top was receiving the email I was sent implying that I falsified my ESA paperwork. It came directly from my doctor and I and you had all of my doctors information on my application already. That was wild. Make it make sense. Clearly not the sharpest tools in the shed working here. Aaron did apologize for that but it still doesn't excuse the behavior. That should not ever be happening. There is no excuse for this. In the end you denied us which is fine, if I had given you all the proper paystubs I would have easily been accepted (because I failed to provide the other paystubs) but after everything, there is NO chance I will ever rent with your company. I cannot even imagine what sort of hell you would try to put us through. Look at all your 1 star reviews. Possible future tenants, I implore you to go read those reviews. You all as an entire team in there should be embarrassed and ashamed of your own behavior. Just look at the response you gave to the other 1 star review someone gave you on google. You just proved their point completely. I'm not sure how you stay in business and I never wish ill on anyone, but I genuinely hope to see your business go under.
