He's truly helped put my body back together. James McGraw, PA is awesome. He offered to load me up with cortisone shots but I passed on the meds because I need to be able to drive & think at work without feeling loopy. My point is, they left the option to me and didn't pressure me to becoming addicted to pain meds. I took a more holistic approach. The best part is, they have all this high tech equipment that helps stretch my neck and back and other machines that even I have no clue what they do. But they have what you need. Last, they offer the Nerve Test by Dr. Ronson, MD. The weirdest high tech test that checks you for nerve damage. It feels like they put my finger in an electrical socket but they can tell me when I'm well enough to close my case & check for any damage that might not be easily detected. Soft tissue damage sucks and I know is, I don't want to live my life in pain. Oh, they also have a physical therapist & offer the massage therapy- that was much needed. We received an email telling us how much was owed by their billing department which we paid (mailed check). Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.
