After 12 sessions from April to May of 2024, getting no bill and proactively asking, I received a bill January 23, 2025 for just under $500. Additionally, online billing is extremely limited. No portal to check active billing. To get a copy of the invoice you need to call and have them email or text you the invoice. Very inconvenient and as far as I'm concerned, sneaky billing practices. Service was generally good with one exception: double-booking patients!

However, I give Scott and the other therapy team members 5 stars. Always polite and professional. They really know what they're doing. Original 1 star review: I would give five stars for my therapists but I just got a bill owing more money after my $60 copay. Well apparently my insurance didn't cover the whole cost but instead of telling me during the 11 or 12 visits that I actually owed $74 per visit, benchmark let me continue to pay the lower price and then send me a bill for the rest after my last visit. I called my insurance company and they said that benchmark knew what I actually owed and every time I paid the $60 a portion of that would go to what I previously owed so it was always covered then they bill you for what is left over. I would never have continued to go as many times as I did for $74 a visit and to avoid that they lie. That's lying by omission, bait and switch tactic, and they should be ashamed.

He took his time taking measures of the hand that needed surgery. Dr. Starr made us feel comfortable about the upcoming operation. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. During the follow-up visit after the surgery Rachel was helpful and explained to us how to exercise my husband's hand to help the healing process. We can highly recommend this facility.
