I took it to Supportech and they called me soon after I dropped it off to let me know what was wrong with it and that they could get started on fixing it without me having to come back and authorize/pay for it. After I got my computer back, the next day an error message popped up on the screen (from me downloading Office 2010 on Windows XP machine) and I immediately took it back to them. They did not even charge me to see what was wrong with it. Overall, my computer was taken to them on a Thursday and I had it back by the next Tuesday or Wednesday Very very reasonable pricing. I did my research on other computer repair places in the area, and Supportech had the most reasonable pricing and better reviews that I had seen. I was even able to use a coupon, no questions asked. Avoid the Illini Union Tech Zone they are disrespectful to users who they don't think are naïve and can be taken for a ride. Go to Best Buy they are MUCH more friendlier and respectful.
