Price includes: 2 HPD officers, 1 worker, cleaning services before and after, 5 hours of event, ice machine, steam tables, tables, chairs, linens and 2 door freezer. They also have a nice garden outside with picnic table. Price is extremely reasonable and the space is nice! I just had my son's graduation party here and we were able to bring in our own food and alcohol! They went above and beyond with every single detail. I asked the manager why is it not listed online somewhere but he said they keep is booked with just word of mouth so they don't need to. I believe they also have smaller spaces available on the 2nd floor. I also heard a rumor that they will let you use it for free if they cater your event but not too sure so make sure to check with them.

I had the best customer service experience from beginning to end. I booked in January and my event was in May. From the very beginning, the owner Shun Lewis communicated with me. I kept asking questions and she was very patient with me. She gave me suggestions when I wasn't sure about things. The day of the event, I had a few issues and she was there to keep me calm and to ensure me that every thing would be alright. A few of my guests mentioned how she went around and ask if they were comfortable with the room temperature and I felt that was sweet of her to think of the guests like that. Shun is very detailed on what is required at her premises and she makes sure you have a good understanding and I love that. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional. She is family now. Trust me when I tell you, this is a great place to hold any event. You will not be disappointed.

Loved hearing from my friend, the groom that the owner is so great and easy to work with, was so nice to hear. The important part here is that the groom isn't necessarily a hands on involved planning guy but for him to give kudos to this venue and the owner means a lot! I saw the owner on property basically the entire time we were there They seem to have everything you'd need for a great event. They allow outside catering (we had a bride's family taco business) and weren't particular about vendors. Loved everything
