I went to this location for a baby shower, first I would like to say it's a beautiful house and…read moreproperty. Parking was a nightmare, it has a one way in, one way out with not that much room for parking. Leaving you to block people in & get blocked in. The venue is basically this huge 6 bedroom house, fully equipped with a kitchen, bar room & gorgeous main event room full of windows that overlook the property. They had us come in a side door, they would give more of a wow factor if they actually used their main entrance for events. Very unique venue & could have way more potential with better parking, different flooring option (not the white painted tile), better kitchen layout (what happened to the gorgeous original kitchen?) & using the main entrance for events. Employees were nice, facility was clean as well as the grounds.

Beautiful venue, horrible customer service. The coordinator quit mid-year. No one knew what was…read moregoing on. Food was subpar. They kept harassing us for payments when we already paid a huge lump sum. They wanted to nickel and dime us for addons like ice - when they have an ice machine. The price for all-inclusive is not worth it!! Many more reasonable professional venues in the area. Food service during the event was terrible they just threw down random food at the tables and did not ask guests which option they wanted. They removed food when people were not finished eating. They were refusing to offer more than one beverage choice when we agreed there would be two. They also did not cook or provide the rice alternative that was requested for gluten free guests. I had to bring my own rice. Slide show was a disaster. They were given a file with the folder of the slideshow yet proceeded to show other pictures not in the indicated folder that were distorted, rotated the wrong way and not the selected ones. We had to stop it quickly when guests pointed it out and they could not fix the issue. Very embarrassing to say the least and my daughter was very disappointed her child hood pictures and beautiful slide show was not played. Bartender was rude and messed up our slush machine. We requested non-alcoholic slushes instead of margaritas and brought our own mix. The bartender decided to dump alchohol in all the slushes and this was a 15 yr old party. (they did reimburse us for this but the kids did not get their slushes nor our guests) When we asked the bartender why this happened she would not tell us and reported that we mistreated her by asking?? Then we were confronted by the owner after we had numerous issues all night to add to the stress of all the mishaps. It was a disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was a guest for a wedding here so I cant speak to setting up and logistics of events…read more We were 8 minutes late to the wedding and they wouldn't let us outside because they just let the bride out to walk down the aisle understandably so we waited around inside with our kids. After 10 my minutes we ask if there was a spot outside that we could watch without interrupting and she said oh yes. Not sure if she was the event coordinator but she seemed frazzled. The buffet line was a poor set up. There were two entree option that you could chose from but they set it up on each side of the table but only one line. If you wanted water you had to go to the bar and wait in line. Upstairs guest were instructed not to move the table and I can see why. If you lifted the table the legs didn't go with it because they are not attached. Overall it's an okay venue with a dedicated parking lot. If you are looking for a one stop shop then check it out. The ceremony was held outside at 7pm but still super hot .

Centurion Palace is by far one of the most unprofessional venues I've ever seen. My friend's…read morewedding was supposed to happen in a week and a half booked a whole year in advance and they suddenly changed rules, switched up times, and acted like things they originally promised were never said. One of their own employees even told the bride and groom they could end the wedding around 11 PM, but then the "boss lady" tried to claim the contract said the complete opposite... while the employee was literally reading the contract out loud. How do you run a venue and not even know your own rules? Different staff members gave totally different information, and the "main lady" refused to work directly with the couple who PAID them thousands. Instead of fixing their own mess, they acted jumpy and offended because a stressed bride dared to be upset a week before her wedding. And here's the worst part They cancelled her entire wedding less than two weeks before the date and are now refusing to refund the money she paid for the photographer. They take your money, change everything last minute, and then punish you when you respond like any normal person would. No couple deserves this kind of disaster right before their big day. Save yourself the heartbreak and book literally anywhere else!!!!!!!

My grievances are in regards to a suspicious contract change and sparce communication that resulted in no communication at all for over a month while I continuously reached out. My best guess is this owner got a better offer for the day and did the shady deal of ghosting me even after assuring me I was on their calendar. Once again, if you choose to risk your event, be sure to get a contract and read the fine print. Many promises were made and the verbal expectation was great... This is such a beautiful venue and I truly wish things could have worked out, but I cannot trust this team with my special day.
