But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness. He set straight away to replacing my windshield and needed nothing further from me until he had completed the job. Todd gives a warranty on his work and is very reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business. I always prefer to support a local business and Todd and Axis Auto Glass make that an easy decision. If you find yourself with a chip or cracked window you can do no better that giving Todd a call.

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. The manager told me that the message I received was an automated message generated by the employee and that they still needed to calibrate the windshield and 30 minutes later they told me it was done. However, the car had not moved since I went to look at it earlier. They still had not attached my camera and the wires were still hanging there with the camera not attached. I then got another message saying the car was completed and to come get the keys so I did so. The car hadn't moved or been touched since I saw it earlier. Wires still hanging there with the camera on the passengers seat. I was really disappointed in the attention to detail by the management, the car needed to be 100% complete before I saw it but no, it was good enough for them so therefore the poor review. I went home and finished the wiring and camera work and then cleaned up all the dust and cleaned the windows like they should have done.
