Reply when I told her employee the police was coming and asked him to stick around he drove through the ditch ran two stop signs to get on Highway 24, he was running like he had a warrant for his arrest ! I was call blocked the second time I tried to call your business number. After I left your business I have a loud clunking from the front end of my ranger from where I was forced into the ditch! The fact that your employee did not stick around, would not look me in the eye, and no foul language was used on my part!

A horrible experience and I didn't even do business with them!…read more Recently I called Wagner's to do an estimate for some concrete that needed mudjacking due to the extremely dry summer last year. After a number of back and forth phone calls, the technician arrived at my house to look at my problems. He asked me what I was needing fixed. I advised him that I needed some work done on the patio/sidewalk in the front and some work done on the patio/sidewalk in the rear, and that I was wanting to get it fixed before the concrete broke from not being supported properly. He quickly told me that "they had stacks and stacks of jobs, anywhere between $30,000 and $60,000 and that they wouldn't have time to get around to my little job. If they did find time, it would be at least 5 or 6 months before they could get back out here." He never did look at any of the work that I needed done and it was very clear that my job was not important to them. He also suggested that I call one of the other mudjacking companies in town. It's been a long time since I've had such poor service from one of the local businesses. I understand that people are busy and good for them, but that's no reason to brush me off just because my job isn't as big as some others. Hopefully my experience with the other mudjackers in town will be better.
