They were busy at the time I entered serving other customers and greeted me immediately, with a smile, letting me know that they were aware I was waiting. When handling my trike flat, they asked if I wanted to wait. What? Like now? Gotta love it. So naturally I waited and remembered a few other issues with my trike, of which I had a complex seat issue. I had ordered some seat "wings" previous to my move. It entailed drilling the carbon seat to fit the wings to make riding more secure as I'd almost been tossed before while encountering some uneven terrain. I quickly drove home and retrieved the parts. This team took the time to figure out the installation, even though the fittings provided by the manufacturer needed considerable tweaking and required much more time to complete. That evening I received a call my trike was repaired and ready to pick up. It was done to perfection. I'm so pleased to now have a bike shop that is efficient and exceptionally competent in their skills that provides service with a smile.
