This is the worst Ben and Jerry scoop shop I have been to. I verified online thay had the scoop shop exclusive flavor of cookies and cream and I was happy when I saw it on the menu when I walked in the store and then it went downhill. As soon as we walked there were workers in the back just sitting in view of the customers. They were sitting on their phones and chatting. If you don't have it fine but don't tell me you have it and then not have it and then text me as I'm leaving that you don't have it. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to ask for a tip for getting me ice cream. It's their job to get the customer ice cream! If you're reading this, I get it. My life is pretty privileged to be able to spend the time to write this and complain about the business.
