Came here twice on vacation. Cones were fresh and delicious , loved the chocolate coating with sprinkles . Ben & Jerry's flavors always hit and tasted delicious. First night here ice cream was perfect temperature & consistency but tonight it was quite melty and soft upon scooping into all of our cups and cones. Maybe their freezer temp was off tonight which was unfortunate but we still enjoyed ourselves. Staff here isn't very interactive or smiley, only few words when engaging for flavor tasting and ordering but attentive and ready when approaching the counter with interest of buying :) read more

This is the only good kind of dairy free ice cream, they have yummy chocolate dipped cones and bowls zoey was amazing and helped us on multiple occasions, and helped us right away and keep the long line going all alone. Ben and Jerry's is a few blocks from Pier 60. There are fun photo opps inside and outside. They have an assortment of beverages, ice cream and sorbet. They will let you sample flavors. I wanted a banana flavor. They suggested chunky monkey. It is a nice place to visit. It wasn't crowded in the early afternoon. read more

We walked up and down the beach trying every ice cream place we could find (we ate a LOT of ice cream this trip). I was happy to find that most (though not all) places have at least one dairy free option, but none of them are as good as this place!! We stopped in here at least three times in our five days--it is that good. There was a different worker each time, all were friendly. The place was always clean and bright and delicious! If you are lactose intolerant like I am, forget the other spots, THIS is where you wanna go! read more

I still haven't found what I'm looking for at Ben & Jerry's. Am I the only one that doesn't love their ice cream? I have tried it a handful of times and I seriously have to try almost every flavor to find out what I like. Why you ask? Well, for one, many of these ice creams were incredibly soft. How am I going to eat mushy soft ice cream that will probably melt in no time. Another thing is I try a lot of these ice creams and their flavors they say they are are not very pronounced. Another thing is there probably is not enough fruitier options for me. I have tried cherry Garcia and I've tried strawberry and strawberry cheesecake and I refuse to try the banana flavored ice cream. None of the flavors I try I fall in love with, unfortunately. This time around I picked out strawberry cheesecake and Change the Whirled. They were okay! I had signed up for rewards for Ben And Jerry's and during your birthday month you get two free scoops of ice cream. Everyone working is very nice and helpful and happy to give as many samples as possible so I can find my ideal scoops. They may have more flavors here than the one in Tampa. read more

Can't make milkshakes because they are out of milk but have a bunch of employees running around and cleaning up over an hour before closing instead of sending someone to the store to buy milk. Terrible customer experience. read more

Brought in the fam in a hot day for some ice cream. I ordered a banana split and the server said i cant make that right now. So asked again and he said i cant make that right now. No reason given. So i changed to a hot fudge sudae. I got a scooped with hot fudge handed to me with no whip or nuts or anything else. I asked where the rest was and he said were out of whip cream. I said he should have mentioned that before making it. But i had already asked for a banana split and come to find out thats why he couldn't make it. Extremely overpriced ice cream! It's no different thank what other local shops have and sell for half the price this Ben & Jerry's sells it for. We had a party of five and each got 1 scoop of ice cream. Paid $51????? You have to be joking! They are not gourmet or anything special. $8 a scoop for ice scream? Their are many other area gems who value customers. The service was mediocre at best. They had a young kid who had absolutely no interested in being there serving. The ambiance was nothing special. They will try to press the marketing aspect for their extremely high prices but it's a lie. Pass on this one next time. It's a shame the owner gets greedy to charge this. I also own several different businesses and understand franchise costs but this is a joke. read more

Do not go here if you have a food allergy to eggs. B and Js ice cream contains eggs, except for the non dairy. My grandson had an allergic reaction because it is not posted anywhere. Hmm last time I looked ice with eggs was called custard. Won't be going back. read more

Shame on them, I won't come back here again. Came in around 11:30pm for a few scoops of ice cream for the kids. Many of the ice cream flavors were melting in the refrigerator from appearance. We ordered 3 single kids scoops regardless. In all the craziness I didn't realize the cost they were charging. Paid $8 a scoop of ice cream ($24.67) to be exact for 3 scoops. I mentioned it to the kid ringing us up that why is it double the cost from what EVERY other I've cream shop on the strip charges. Kid says because it's Ben and Jerry's. Definitely won't be coming back here. Several other shops within walking distance have just as good ice cream or better. Don't through your money away! It's not worth their upcharge. read more

My recent visit to Ben and Jerry's reminded me that old school customer service is still out there! Jessie, our ice cream barista, took interest in what we liked, suggested flavors, and educated us on all sorts of Ben & Jerry flavor info. She was never once bothered with our questions or requests for samples, she made us feel very welcome. Every flavor was wonderful, but we wanted 2 scoops and she new what complemented each flavor. As a business owner, I strive to find employees like Jessie! Overall, our experience and ice cream was 5 star! Thanks Jessie for your amazing recommendations.
