I really hope the Dr. Reads this. So I was looking for a good Dr. to discuss my hearing with and do…read morea general hearing check up. So I called this place, it was the first one I called. They helped my mom when she was in town and wanted to have her hearing aids checked and they were very helpful. Back to my call, the person that answered the phones was very professional and as helpful as they could be but could not answer all my questions but put me on hold to get answers. My question was how much would a general hearing test cost (no bells no whistles), so she put me through to the person who supposedly knows the insurance. The person was polite and professional but said sorry I cant tell you, call your insurance company. I said ok, buh bye. So i went down the next place that does Diagnostics on Audio issues and they were very helpful, they answered the question with the usual caveats. Point is they asked me my insurance and quoted me an estimate. The Docs at Knecht Audiology should really look at getting your insurance people some training on how to not turn customers away, if other places can make it easy on the customer to get them in the door there is no reason your people can't be doing the same. You lost me and my family for life. Can you hear me NOW!!!
