John didn't call me back until 7pm when our appointment was supposed to be over claiming he was looking for us at 6:20, so why did he not answer my phone calls? Why did he not try to reach out? If you ever have the misfortune of talking to someone named Austin may God help you. He was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Offered zero solutions to help my son and wanted to blame me for all of my son's issues (which stem in large amount from my son willfully and intentionally not taking his medications). During the phone call I did get defensive as I'm human. I didn't take well to someone being judgemental and making assumptions about me or my life when they knew nothing about me. After 15 minutes of him browbeating me and blaming me for my son's issues he randomly put me on hold because hold music suddenly came on and after a few minutes I hung up. If this is how their "therapists" treat family members then I feel bad for the patients.

Never did I think that what we told them about my grandson and the things that we have been told to do for my grandson to help him would be used against us. Myself being the grandma got turned into DCS a case worker from DCS came to our home the same day our assessment was on. The DCS worker read me the report made on me. It was everything word for word getting read back to me. I was pissed, hurt to the point that I feel like everywhere we turn to get help for my grandson something happens that knocks us back to square 1. When a child has mental and emotional problems and you either get turned into DCS or get turned away you then just want to give up. I don't understand why they did this to us. I don't know what to do now, where to go from here, who to trust with my grandson. When the DCS worker was at our home she seen how my grandson acted and what I did to help control his out burst. She even told me I did nothing wrong and that she didn't understand why I was being reported on. She seen nothing wrong at my home. I have been praying on what to do next and to be honest I really don't know what to do or where to go from here.
