A few minutes later the nurse practioner, Rebecca, comes in and very brusquely tells me that I have a virus and needed to see a functional medicine doctor because I have mold in my body. Really? I used to get sinus infections all the time when I lived in Texas, and still get them once or twice a year. Rebecca is younger, probably 25, and it's doubtful she spent much time as a nurse seeing patients. Rebecca them throws open the door and tells me "We're done here," stomps out and throws her pen on her desk. I replied "Thank you" and left. I then went to another urgent care where the NP was closer to my age and probably had a lot more experience seeing patients and is willing to listen to them. She said I had a sinus infection and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. I cannot recommend WellNow with an NP with a bad attitude and unwilling to listen to how a patient feels.

There were two medical assistants at check-in, otherwise the waiting room was deserted. I was checked in right away and in a few minutes I was called in. The facility is clean and well lit, and everyone appeared to enjoy being there, even with someone showing up at closing.
