Chronic issues are much more complicated to treat than acute issues for a physician because even though you know what works for you-if it's a big boy drug-he has to prove he has done his due dillegence in trying alternatives first. It's frustrating because I've been through this song and dance 3-4x (I've had to move a lot-I'm a Travel RN) and while we are trialing I'm still suffering. When there is something out there I KNOW will work. But what I like about him and why I gave him 5 stars is because he works with you. He will split the difference. I'd like to work for him actually because he seems intelligent and well-versed on his meds and complex diagnoses when I've seen a lot of Family Practice docs who belong in like a Minute Med clinic where they have 8 diagnoses they can treat like flu or strep or a bad rash. He is pleasant, patient, ON TIME, doesn't (seem to) have a God complex like a lot of MDs I've either worked for or been a patient of. He is also respectful and doesn't make you feel like an asshole for embarrassing things you may need to discuss. He's cool enough that I felt compelled to write this review because he didn't have any and when I was in Cali and didn't know a single person if I needed medical attention you better believe I was checking them out on Yelp to see who I wanted!!

I arrived for my appt was taken in immediately. Once the doc mark manning came in it was very…read morehumiliating to me. I felt violated. I felt all he wanted to see or feel was my breaststroke and my posterior. It took him a total of 2 minutes to examine me for skin cancer. I have many places on my body that should of been checked. I s hold of been put in a gown and examined correctly and answer any questions I had. He was in an out before I realized what had happened. Just to say if anyone suggests going back to him the answer would diffently be no.

I went to this dermatology clinic in 2021 to be examined for my HS. I wanted to explore other…read moretreatments, as I was having cystic flare ups behind my ears and it was becoming painful to wear glasses. Heres the summary if what I was told: - Im fat (I was 22, 165 lbs) - dont eat anything I can buy at the gas station - I didnt qualify for his "study" because my HS wast "severe" enough I was not offered ANY form of treatment. Not only that, but he asked me to remove my clothes so he could examine my nether regions, to which he examined in a matter of 20 seconds, then popped off what he had said about the gas station, and to lose weight. I will never forget this quote straight from the mouth He looks me in the eyes after I pulled my pants up and squeamishly covered my body with my arms. He smirks and leans forwards, and in an almost baby voice says "Anything you can by at the gas station? Don't" This has drastically affected my confidence, the speed of my recovery to comfort, and seriously made me feel offended, naked, and disgusting. I will never recommend this office to anyone. Its unfortunate that it is one of the only options near to me.
