They always make me feel welcome and they truly listen to any concerns I may have. For all of these reasons, I do not hesitate to continue to utilize their services after I have relocated. I am now 3.5 hours away. I highly recommend this practice. They are an awesome group - especially Dr. Taulia!

I met with Andrea at the Lafayette Hearing Center to discuss my history and check the hearing in my good ear. She was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in me and my condition. She was knowledgeable about the unique challenges that come with being SSD. She personally scheduled me last so she could spend enough time to cover everything. She is very dedicated to her life's work, and it shows. I have seen very skilled ENTs, audiologists and Otolaryngologist, but I can safely say that Andrea gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. I highly recommend this business and, in particular, Andrea.

I felt like I had a sinus infection, bad headache (I never get headaches), sinus pressure, stuffed up, run down, all the symptoms. WellNow is around the corner from me, so it should have been an easy decision. After checking in, I had a short wait and was guided to an exam room. I described my symptoms to the nurse and was told to wait. A few minutes later the nurse practioner, Rebecca, comes in and very brusquely tells me that I have a virus and needed to see a functional medicine doctor because I have mold in my body. Really? I used to get sinus infections all the time when I lived in Texas, and still get them once or twice a year. Rebecca is younger, probably 25, and it's doubtful she spent much time as a nurse seeing patients. Rebecca them throws open the door and tells me "We're done here," stomps out and throws her pen on her desk. I replied "Thank you" and left. I then went to another urgent care where the NP was closer to my age and probably had a lot more experience seeing patients and is willing to listen to them. She said I had a sinus infection and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. I cannot recommend WellNow with an NP with a bad attitude and unwilling to listen to how a patient feels.

Only option is to quit . They also get mad when people try to communicate with the dietitians . There pushy and rude and they interrupt people's sentences all the time and the residents too , no workers let them communicate their feelings . -The cnas are extremely rude to residents/House keepers/Receptionist -They mess up the pay grades and or don't pay people . -Mold in the kitchen . In the ceiling and in dish room . -They won't let anyone change shifts in any departments -Dementia unit is the only good unit in this place -They aren't very understanding -if you also test positive with Covid you are able to come back in five days even if you had Covid . They also say that the workers shouldn't test for another ninety days so no positive Covid tests show up during this time . -The supervisors tell everyone to pull up their mask but don't wear them them selves . -They let the residents sit and scream when they need a blanket ,a mask put up ,pushed to their room .anything the residents need the cnas expect them to do them selves . -The cnas also always came in there and were demanding food in the middle of the line especially this women on the 200 unit .Theresa not sure if she still works there but wouldn't recommend having your family member put on 200 .
