After the conclusion of a very detailed test which was explained thoroughly, I was fitted with a demo pair. No more pain, no more ambient noise that was intolerable. I was told there would be an adjustment period, but I walked out totally satisfied and with a number of options to adjust my hearing aid. Incredible, competent service. Incidentally, when I posted a well deserved bad review of the previous provider I was lied to and attacked. They not only refuse to make things right for me and know something was not right as the employee who fitted me in Inverness is no longer there but insulted me with an obvious lie and then engaged in a personal attack because I am rightfully indignant about their poor service, lack of responsibility and even outright lies.
