I ask about the reviews and Jordan our HAS explained that this office has until last year had an issue with turnover. Not anymore! I asked about no one returning calls and was told that most of that was in the beginning of 2020 when due to Covid, the practice was closed. CORPORATE failed to install a voice mail notifiying patients the office was not open nor staffed. Many complaints were during this time. Exam was VERY thorough compared to another practice, there was no pushing for purchase or for upgrades. We purchased and Jordan Hayes took over 45 minutes just explaining and insuring hubby knew how to use and felt comfortable (He has Alzheimer's). I rarely write a reviews, but this positive one needs to let you know at times, what's behind some poor reviews.

After the hearing test and being fitted for the hearing aids my hearing was much improved, but there is more than just getting the hearing aids. The service provided by John Hayden has been exceptional! I go back to him every 6 months where he replaces parts that have normal wear, cleans the hearing aids and he does a review of how everything is going. Most recently, one of my hearing aids was not charging. I went to John and he sent them to the manufacturer to replace the batteries. Not only that, but he gave me a pair of loaner hearing aids while mine are being sent back which takes about a week. I called John at 8:15 in the morning and he said "come on in". An hour later I was back home and back in business. I highly recommend Digital Hearing Systems and John Hayden located at Colony Plaza in The Villages.

He tried to talk me into buying both left and right for $6000. I didn't want to spend that much so he sold me one for 3,000. Found out a few months later, they retail for $1,400. He ripped me off for $1,600. Don't go there unless you like to lose money. He will rip you off every time.
