I could not be more pleased as she diagnosed my hearing issues, removed ear wax that nobody else detected or could professionally address. That alone made a huge difference The hearing test was more than listening to a few beeps so the resulting Rx for my aids was precise. I selected the rechargeable Resound BTE aids which have given me hearing that I had not experienced in many years plus they are pretty comfortable to wear. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Lamb at Lake Medical Hearing as she will take the time to professionally diagnose your hearing concerns and provide the follow up services to ensure your hearing is maintained.

My 93 yr old mother broke a wire on one of her hearing aids - I called and they had an appointment…read morethat afternoon - Shawn replaced the broken hearing aid wire and then tested her hearing - but - in the process, he discovered that the last place where she was tested (COSTCO - also where she purchased them) had actually programmed them "backwards" - much to my disbelief, he said it wasn't the first time he'd seen that happen - go figure ? Thankfully, Shawn reprogrammed them in a matter of minutes - but the real shocker was when he said there was no charge - and wished my mother a "Happy Birthday" - he'd apparently noticed on her chart that her birthday was the day before - Shawn is definitely our HERO and we will be referring every one we know to his Lady Lake office !!!

This is one hearing business to stay away from. Their service is terrible when you need your aids…read morechecked or serviced. Just to see the doctor was 7 days wait. If he couldn't fix it and had to be sent away, that takes another 7-10 days. I voiced my opinion about their service and would be looking for another clinic. I need my aids to hear,not because it is fashionable. I found another hearing clinic, they got them back to me in 3 days fully restored and programmed. The worst of this business is I handed them all my records I had from up north. I did very little business with them...1 hearing test & purchasing a set of hearing aids. So my records are of no importance to them. I was told to sign a release form which I did. This started on Jan 15, 2013, it is now March 18,2013. The receptionist that also does medical records has refuse to give them back. All because I voiced my opinion about their service. I have a complaint with the BBB, she answered, and was full total lies in her response. My rebuttal to her response and will to swear under oath. One of which I talked to her on the phone. I never spoke to her on the phone at anytime. I have complaints against this clinic with Seniors Vs Crime, Office of the Attorney General, BBB. The Attorney General after reading my complaint turn it over to Fla, Dept of Health. Our health records belong to us. We have every right to get them.
