I bought my hearing aids from Digital Hearing Systems and John Hayden was my Hearing Aid Specialist. This has been an extremely positive experience from the beginning. After the hearing test and being fitted for the hearing aids my hearing was much improved, but there is more than just getting the hearing aids. The service provided by John Hayden has been exceptional! I go back to him every 6 months where he replaces parts that have normal wear, cleans the hearing aids and he does a review of how everything is going. Most recently, one of my hearing aids was not charging. I went to John and he sent them to the manufacturer to replace the batteries. Not only that, but he gave me a pair of loaner hearing aids while mine are being sent back which takes about a week. I called John at 8:15 in the morning and he said "come on in". I had an aging hearing aid finally die on me a few months ago. I had been visiting this establishment for a while. The "audiologist " recommended a Starsky Hearing Aid as the best for me. He tried to talk me into buying both left and right for $6000. I didn't want to spend that much so he sold me one for 3,000. Found out a few months later, they retail for $1,400. He ripped me off for $1,600. Don't go there unless you like to lose money. He will rip you off every time. read more
