After the conclusion of a very detailed test which was explained thoroughly, I was fitted with a demo pair. No more pain, no more ambient noise that was intolerable. I was told there would be an adjustment period, but I walked out totally satisfied and with a number of options to adjust my hearing aid. Incredible, competent service. Incidentally, when I posted a well deserved bad review of the previous provider I was lied to and attacked.
