Review I am super…read moresatisfied with the results of the training we received from Brodie with a Dobie!!!! At first glance, I thought my little Bernedoodle didn't need this much training....looking at his page I thought he only trained guard and/or service dogs..... my sweet little Dottie only needed basic obedience/manners. I quickly learned Brandon was just what she (and I) both needed. From evaluation to graduation he was the perfect mix of stern and gentle with us both to get the results we agreed I was looking for. From sit/stay to heel to loose leash walks to place and impulse control he made it easy and stress free for us.... I believe it was a lot easier for him to teach my Dottie to understand human than it was to teach me to speak dog... When my schedule unexpectedly got busy he was not only understanding but flexible enough to modify our plan from private lessons to board and train and we even had a stent where he had to board while I had to travel in order to not have a gap in her training program. Graduation was bitter sweet but I am comforted knowing we will meet again for different levels of training . Side note.....my daughter called me after her first visit after graduation and said.... For the first time EVER my Dottie did not jump all over her when she came in the door as if she didn't even know her any more..... Noooooo!!!!! she was just waiting for permission

He's a great dog and I wanted him to become my service dog. He's great with his service he provides I just need him to behave. Well Brandon worked his magic and now my boy walks calmly next to me with a loose lead, sits, lies down, stays, will leave food alone (even if it's in his face!)and will wait until he is called! It's amazing! Brandon is AMAZING! I was skeptical but He is a totally different dog now and a joy to have around! I definitely recommend Brandon for all your dog training needs! He's got the gift!

On the phone Mr. Booker seemed to understand what I wanted. I was told it would be all good... I was not. When I showed up I should've known... I showed up 4 minutes early then was told to walk my dog on the grass (so the "grass" was in between the parking lot isles which had glass) but I had trust they'd be nice then they plopped him in a crate while yelling to get a leash. I was like how do they have 155 reviews at 4.7. It must be for a good reason right?! As I went to my car a grandma was dropping off a dog at the same time so it made me feel better. When I picked him up...He then said "half his eyelashes were cut"!! As a dog mom I thought okay maybe he moved? Then when their only payment is cash or Zelle (red flag/or supporting local) he mentions my dog scratched him and I lied about the size of my shih tzu. I pick up my dog and look at his front nails and they looked ok. I should've looked at the back. When I brought Chewie into my car to see his brother they are usually so excited... Chewie immediately ran underneath my car seat and didn't get out til the garage door closed while I parked...at my house. I was livid. Then they didn't mention they cut my dogs quick "because it happens a lot", but they did mention they cut Chewie's eyelashes. My dog was so scared I could not reach to pet him once. So I called the owner the story changed 4 times. Started with "he wanted to jump off...He jumped but we got him...Then he had the lead on and tried to jump..." then finally "he could never jump w the lead on." So who knows the story because their cameras don't work-I asked. He has been boarded for many vacations and groomed many times and never showed this behavior. While on the phone with the owner I asked to see the area they were bathed in..he said that was not possible. I just wanted to see how it could've differed from his previous groomers. Something happed to my dog and I don't think I can ever find out. I've collected the business information for reference below. THE PET SERVICE, LLC Jeremy Booker, Manager of Operations

Unfortunately one star is the least that I can put. My father in law were in need of a groomer,…read morethey came in hoping we could get my dog in for an appointment. Owner/groomer said they would groom him today, even without an appointment. Keep in mind this was at 11AM. They told my father in law to pick up our dog at 5PM (I was thinking to myself that's WAY too long to keep a dog to get groomed). We come at 5, THEY WERE CLOSED. They told us to come at 7PM instead. That's VERY suspicious. I'd also like to add when they asked what breed our dog was (he's a yorkie) they mentioned they had 3, but they're girls. We come back at 7 AND STILL CLOSED, no one in sight in the store. So we called and called, no one was picking up. We finally get an answer and we're just demanding to get our dog back. I don't care if he was half done or anything. I just wanted my dog, period. IT TOOK THE MAN 30 MINUTES TO BRING HIM OUT. Like what are you doing with him? I ended up calling the police, because no one was answering, no one was in the store, the store was closed, I still didn't have my dog. Like what else was I supposed to do? Leave my baby in there and not know what they're doing to him??!! They brought him out with the leash so tight you can hear my dog choking. :( I got so mad and told the man he was chocking him. I heard him talk under his breath saying he wasn't choking him. Booooy. You were a lucky man today, let me tell you. THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK ON MY DOG. Didn't groom him, didn't bathe him, didn't cut his nails, FOR A WHOLE 8 HOURS. NOTHING. NADA. My dog smelt WORSE. I got the nastiest attitude from them. Jeremy and Charles or whatever their names were. They didn't even introduce themselves. So I'm convinced they were doing illegal breeding without our consent with their 3 girl yorkies with MY DOG. DISGUSTING. Owners should be ASHAMED of themselves. Horrible customer service, animal abusers, sexist, and utterly rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE. I don't know how they have great reviews. The place is dingy, unorganized, it stinks, go somewhere else where you know your dog will be loved and well taken care of. 4.7 rating las nalgas.

Long story short due to the front desk staffs miscommunication. I never got it. I normally will give a place more than the benefit of the doubt. But I definitely had 3 bad experiences here. I pretty much used them as a last resort. And once I cut my trip short to return to get my dog. On the last pickup I got my dog back and he had dried up poop on his bottom and legs. This never even happened anywhere. So what they did to him I have no idea. I guess they never let him out of the cage? The people they have here just come in and that's it. I don't think they really care about the pets at all. This is the short version of my experience here.

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon and Eddie…read more They saved our family dynamic - not even being dramatic. Two out of our 6 dogs were causing our family so much stress. When we introduced a brand new puppy into our dog pack, the problems started and kept escalating. Eventually, we started having full out dog fights between our dogs - which wasn't a thing before. It got to the point where it was "send the dogs to training or find them a new home." So I researched the top 3 dog trainers in our area. Triumph K9 training was the one and only business who took the time to call me. Another business emailed me generic info and I never heard back from the other. Pretty shortly after I submitted an inquiry request, I spoke with Shannon on the phone. A free consult was set up and her husband, Eddie, came out to our house. As soon as I met Eddie, I trusted him. I trusted him because my dogs (who are normally pretty protective) were calm around him. Although I didn't want to send my dogs away to training for 4 weeks, I knew they'd be in safe hands. They trained our dogs Shiner (7 yr old Lab/Dane mix) and Roxy (1 yr old Doberman/Dane mix) and they are BRAND NEW dogs. I'm not even kidding. I literally cannot thank them enough. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great trainer who is trustworthy and knows what they're doing. We are so thankful for all they've done for our family and the continued support they provide. They truly treat your pets like theirs! THANK YOU again to Shannon and Eddie!!!

We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the results we have attained thus far while working with Cathy. We love Cathy's confident, passionate nature in which she approaches her work and we love that she always listens and responds to us quickly as her clients. She has been kind and considerate from the start when dealing with us and our doggies. She uses her Pawsitive Approach which has amazed us with how quickly our dogs have responded to her in the exact way she wants them to! She observed and accessed each of our dogs' individual personalities and traits early on and continues to work with each of them positively and with kindness yet with firmness. She truly treats our dogs as if they were her own. And they absolutely adore her and love the new work she is teaching them!! One of our dogs is a little social butterfly and our other dog is cautious with new experiences. Cathy proves each time we work with her that she can successfully work with each of them as individuals. We cannot believe how well our doggies have adapted to their new roles. Cathy has truly gone to great lengths to assist us through this entire process and with our health issues it is such a comfort to know we will be able to confidently have Medical Alert Service Dogs with us at home and in public just about everywhere we go. Thank you Cathy and A Pawsitive Approach Dog Training!

The amount of money this dog costs and the amount of issues it has physically and behaviorally is absurd. Permanent ligament damage due to deformed bones. Can't even take this dog on a walk without him collapsing, then can't walk for a day or two after. He been to two trainers, one of which is a hound dog trainer, and both apologized to me due to the fact that he couldn't grasp anything and was mentally "different" than the others and had physical limitations even as a puppy that aren't normal. He has three testicles and the most respected vet in town said "I have been doing this for 30 years and this is the most amazing perplexing dog I've ever seen, I'm so sorry". Even other Basset Hound owners in a club I am apart of have said I have been sold an overbred dog. Not sure if that's the case however I've been skeptical since seeing him and a two vets opinions. Not to mention seeing other bassets which showed me how the Basset I have is not normal or healthy. Again, the breeder was very kind and I'm sure others who have gotten his dogs have got very good and healthy Bassets, but I have not. He does not even look like those put in these reviews. This has been a very rough experience, this being my third puppy, very disappointed.
