I called this store today 11/04/25, matter of fact , their phone line put me on hold for 18 min and then a recording came on and said we are having issues today, please call back. This is a constant at this location and there should be a regional manager answer for this lack of service. Walgreens always has an excuse for their lack of service. I wish Rite Aid, were still around they did a great job for me for 20 years. Things have changed in the market place and it only continues to get worse. In closing I would love to see Management at this location take action to correct all their shortcomings.

The lot and drive thru set up is well lit and security minded- not the you need to worry about that sort of thing, but it isn't a bad thing to feel confident about after one am. Additionally, unlike some Walgreens I have been to, this location offers reasonably good access from the road, both Tucarawas/Lincoln Way and the side street, so it isn't a hassle making the turn.

Service is horrible! All my medicines are on automatic refill and they are never automatically…read morerefilled. I constantly run out of pills because of this issue and when I call, they always lie and say they'll fill it that day and text me, but it never happens. Recently, One of my bottles said "no more refills, doctor authorization required". The problem??? My doctor called in a new prescription for this medicine OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!!! They have actually told me in the past that anyone waiting in the store for a refill has priority over ANYONE ELSE! So, if you called a week earlier for your meds. IT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! Until you physically come into the store, it will not be filled. Even when my doctor's office is the one who called in a prescription, they never fill it until I CALL and complain about not having my medicine. They are acting like they're the next big chain to close it's doors. Beware. Biggest mistake I made was going there when Rite Aid closed down. Transferred all my business to another pharmacy.

update 1/7/25: This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been…read moreto in my life. i have a serious life threatening condition that can only be contained by taking medication, and if i abruptly stop i am very likely to die. The pharmacist BRYAN and the worker OPAL were fully aware of this situation and my condition. Originally I called at 9:02 am TODAY and the pharmacist Bryan, said he was able to clear the medication with my insurance as it is VITAL and he will be filling it now. I then called back at noon and had the unfortunate rude interaction with a woman who said her name is "Opal". she said my insurance didnt clear it, why wouldn't they have called me to tell me there was an issue given the severe necessity of this medication? I then told her i recorded my phone call with Bryan this morning and he said on recording that "it was approved through my insurance", she immediately put me on hold. Finally, after taking me off hold, she said that "they have to call the insurance", and I asked why I was told that it was cleared given i can die if i do not have this, and she said that "it bounced back and that they have to call the insurance", so given the seriousness of the necessity for the medication I asked if she's calling after we get off the phone and she said "no I'm not calling", and I asked who's calling and she states, "somebody in the pharmacy", so I asked her name and that's when she said her name is "Opal and goodbye." I do have both phone calls on recording. my boyfriend then had to call corporate and file an official complaint for them to actually get my prescription filled and they did not have it already until 8 PM after I had already called at 9 AM when they said it was approved.. If you have serious medical conditions do not ever come to this pharmacy and Opal should be fired immediately. I could have died due to her incompetence of the serious field she has decided to work in.

I understand why the knee braces are located near the pharmacy. It makes sense in terms of stocking and organization. However, when one has to literally hobble on an injured knee, dragging one's leg behind them in utter pain, to the far side of the store in order to look at the knee braces, it simply means that it is not a customer-friendly location to put these items. I'm sure knee braces are not as profitable as the cosmetics located in the front, nor do they sell as quickly as the holiday items also located near the front of the store. But it sure would be nice to have the knee braces in a location where it didn't feel like an insurmountable obstacle to overcome to purchase one.
