When I came to pick up here's the excuses "we are backed up with mowers" "we tend to give priority to equipment purchased here". And lady of the store was happy to give me a "have a nice day". 3 months no phone call "well we can't call everyone we'd be on the phone for hours" ok i came in to check over a month ago... nothing. This is the second time they've done this to me I should've learned but they are nice people. Greg and crew came recommended to me. He initially responded quickly with a great quote - well…read morebelow the other 3 I obtained, however, when it came time to scheduling things became an issue due to lack of responding. Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? Anyways, proceed caution and low expectations. I ended up going with a different tree service who were easy to work with and great communicators.
