The two stars are based on the high quality of their website -- I've got nothing else to go on, unfortunately. We stopped by the Streets Run location hoping to talk with someone; the brother of the owner (or one of the owners?) was in the parking lot and gave us the number of the owner. We called the number, talked with him, and gave him our details. He was very accommodating and said he'd drop by the next day to check out our home's potential landscaping area. He didn't -- and he also didn't call back to reschedule. We'd shifted our plans and stayed home all day, waiting for some sort of check-in. My husband called him again mid-afternoon to see what the status was; there was no answer and no response to the message we left. That was last week. Your website looks great and your work seems wonderful. But if you waste people's time like this, it's just a non-starter.

Horrible snow removal service-They should discontinue offering this service…read moreRecent 12" snow ,they came two days after the snow stopped, shoveled an 8' path only. They did not shovel the entire surface of the driveway. When a request and work order was submitted by our HOA owner would NOT honor the request and told our HOA President to tell me I would have to pay for the removal. Very unprofessional and unacceptable since we contract them to remove our snow-NOT an 8' path

This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. I was sorry that I called and bothered her at her job (sarcasm) She spoke very fast without any emotion and seemed so annoyed when I asked questions. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. They should rethink how they allow office staff to speak to customers. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the attitude.

My neighbor and I went in on a tree removal project and I couldn't be happier with the experience. - Fairly priced compared to some of the other seemingly outrageous estimates I've seen. - Communicates! It seems so obvious but somehow incredibly rare to find a company that communicates clearly and frequently. We got pushed a day out out (understandably) because of some urgent projects due to a storm the other night. They called first thing on the scheduled morning and set expectations that they may not make it till the afternoon or following day. Called back later that morning and rescheduled for the following day. Was never left wondering or chasing down updates. - Great cleanup! Other then the trees they took with them, looks like they were never here! Will be a future loyal customer and would highly recommend!

Told a guy nothing larger than 16 t 18 inches. Later in the afternoon I seed what they left and told them they are too large for me to handle. Said they would be back the next day to get them. 2 months later still there. When I called and got hung up on soon as I stated why I was calling. The believed owner hung up on me at that time and now no chance of calling them I believe they blocked my number. I sent a letter Signature on receipt stating that if the wood was not removed within 1 week from the receipt of the letter they would be charged $100 a day retroactive to the day of the receipt of said letter. The wood still here. Back in the day If a man gave you his word he kept it. Since he didn't keep his word you an see how TOTALLY untrustworthy him and his company is I.M.H.O. I am soon to be 61 and I think this borders on elder abuse by taking advantage of older people. They said to the neighbor they would be back that Friday to get his wood. Probably 15 to 20 cords worth once split. Well they now told him they would not be back till December. Talk about take the money and run. Now my neighbor and the rest of the neighborhood has to look at that pile of wood which is a Eyesore for all of us. I can only imagine how mortified my friend and neighbor is. I wish people would do what they say and not talk out of both sides of their face. Don't waste your time using them use a reputable company like www.staleytreeexpert.com They have always been on time and will give you a fair price. Just look at the mess they left.
