Anyone who has done this work knows that even with careful planting from reputable nurseries, a number of plants *can* die. In these rare cases, my landscaping plant suppliers have kindly worked with me when this kind of loss occurs. Some have offered a percentage off for replacement and even the big name hardware stores sometimes offer full replacement for stock that fails. But replacement is not the issue. I have no problem when faced with a supplier who *kindly* says they cannot offer any replacement or discount for plant stock that dies - I get that. ---At Cavanaugh Landscaping, When I inquired about an unusually high number of plants that had died after planting, the man I spoke to was rude - and I'm being kind. I can't objectively complain about a 60/70% plant failure rate (although I've never experienced this before) - but I *can* complain about someone who tells me I'm an idiot who doesn't know what the [expletive deleted] I'm doing - even if that is the case. I would pass on spending money here for any number of reasons - some I can't quantify - but some I sure as heck can.

This year they tied in a 35 foot drain across back deck and tied it into the other drain as water sometimes came in that way. It seems to be working. Prics was, in my opinion, very affordable. Changed a little for drain as costs have gone up a bit but you need to expect that. All in all PCK Landscaping is always my first choice for that type of work and you should make it yours as well.

(I've included a few pictures of some (not all) of the work) That price include all material, labor, and tax. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The guys who did the work were very polite, communicative, and personable. They definitely were hard workers, and knowledgeable on landscaping. The only negative was the delay in scheduling the service. Since they were responsive in getting the work done, and landscaping isn't exactly life/death, it didn't bother us too much.

This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work?
