My lips look so natural that no one could even guess that I've had them done! They had special where I also got a free photofacial. I never heard of it before and was a little scared getting laser treatments on my face. They did a little test spot first and it's pretty much a bright burst of light with a little zap. Honestly, laser hair removal hurts much more. I didn't see much improvement in my skin at first but hey, it was a freebie so I wasn't gonna complain. However, just this morning, when applying my make up I took a closer look at my skin and noticed such a difference. The size of my pores is much smaller, My skin isn't as oily as it used to be and the color of my skin has evened out. I am totally hooked now!

I paid $1200 for 6 treatments of my underarms and bikini area, and started to have trouble scheduling appointments after my second visit. Now I have been unable to reach her for several months. It's unclear whether the business is still operating, as I never saw anyone other than Julia in the office, but I am fairly sure I will never be getting the remaining 2 treatments that I paid for.

I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. They mislead people, they dodge accountability, and the machines look like they belong in a museum. Please learn from my experience and avoid getting scammed.

HAIR: Ask for Romina, she is amazing! Romina took her time with the initial consult to truly understand what had been done to my hair by a previous hairstylist. That's fine if you're open to the surprise, but feeling heard is so important for someone who knows what they want. Her work is not cookie-cutter. I appreciated that she was on time, got to work right away, was mindful of the time and communicative throughout the process. I asked her to cut about 5-6 inches off of my hair, which she did. Having recently moved to Miami I have heard horror stories about injectors. I am very relieved Dr Calderon is not one of those stories. His aesthetic is natural and prefers to do a little at a time and for you to come back then he to do too much. In my experience this conservative, and calm, approach is a sign of a superb injector. Also, he explains EVERYTHING... from the science behind the product, to the anatomy of the injection site, to his injection technique... he will go into great detail and doesn't rush through the appointment. This is truly not common! My other concern with being injected in Miami was that my aesthetic is not the typical Miami one. Dr Calderon not only honors the patient's preferred aesthetic but his own aesthetic preferences reflect a conservative style. So if you are looking for a more NY/European look rather than a Miami one... speak to Dr Calderon!
