The technician was clearly unprepared; she didn't have the matching acrylic color, her tools were in poor condition, and she kept having to borrow tools from other staff. The quality of the work was shocking. She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match--completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. After two hours, the result was awful. The nails were filed sideways/crooked, very thick, and the acrylic was flooded onto my cuticles. I spoke to the manager because I was afraid to let them continue damaging my nails. While they offered to fix it the next day, I canceled because I didn't trust them to touch my hands again. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them the following day, they claimed they 'don't do acrylics' there--a blatant lie considering their website ads and my booking confirmation. This place practices false advertising, charges premium prices for unskilled work, and takes zero accountability. If you value your natural nails, run the other way."

I then asked a simple question: "Is my waxer ready right now?" She said no, she's still with another customer. So I asked for clarification: "Are you limiting my services because I'm 7 minutes late, or because my waxer isn't ready?" She couldn't give me a clear answer. At 10:55 AM, my waxer came out and told me she couldn't take me at all because I was "10 minutes late." I explained that I had actually been there waiting, and that she herself was not ready at my scheduled time. She insisted she couldn't take me because it would "mess up her schedule." I pointed out that she wasn't ready at 10:45 anyway, so it didn't make sense to place the blame entirely on me.
