They said the slip got misplaced so they had to make one while we waited. They seemed annoyed at us. I again ordered a sunflower bouquet for Graduation. I asked for mostly sunflowers, some greenery and no pale yellow flowers. I asked if the amount I said I'd like to spend was enough for that and I was told yes. I picked it up and there were two sunflowers, a ridiculous amount of greenery and pale yellow carnations. I ended up at another florist and bought 10 sunflowers and created my own bouquet.

Brian gave me a quote ($500 for 300 sq ft of sod), made some some sod recommendations (fescue), and in general it was a smooth, pleasant convo. However, the driver arrived 1.5hr AHEAD of schedule. This wasn't ideal, as I had errands to run... and then I was charged $540 vs $500 as was discussed. There was no heads up about this.
