When moving me back in after completion of my new flooring, I couldn't be onsite during part of the day. After each room was complete, he sent photos to ensure the rugs and furniture were where I wanted, and when I made suggestions, he acted on it quickly and sent an updated photo reflecting the change. They got most of our boxes to the correct rooms and were respectful of our furniture and home. The price definitely seemed fair for moving rates these days. My one complaint is that the crew seemed a little young and inexperienced. We had a couch we wanted to take upstairs and they just decided it wasn't going to fit and left it downstairs. My husband has measured now and it definitely will fit and now we're left to try to figure out how to get it upstairs on our own. More experienced movers will have measured before just giving up on the job. Otherwise they did a good job and we were happy with their service.
