I was referred to Collision XS by a commercial auto body shop. It appears that the shops around here, have little to no experience in treating keyhole sized rust spots. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Although, I had to wait a week, because Travis was inundated with hail repair appointments. Totally understandable. The time it took to remove, install, repair, and paint was a week. Not to shabby! The color match was exceptional. He matched the shine of the rest of the car, and for a car that is twenty five years old, it is pretty reflective. I have seen all too many cars on the road where the paint jobs look so obvious. Color is mismatched, and an orange peel effect. A total disgrace. I plan on taking my car in once again. After twenty five years, it is time to have my rear bumper refinished.

Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. When the employees of that business display a caring and kind-hearted attitude towards their customers, that's good enough to win a customer for life, I would trust any and all my vehicles to Kelso and highly recommend them for anyone considering bodywork!

This is absolutely not the case. Although plain, this is a clean and well run place. The lot was filled with Hondas and BMWs and a few others obviously. Since I have both, this appealed to me! Auto body work is a tough job and it is nice to see people with expensive cars and trusting them for the work. I needed a new bumper and wanted to pay out of pocket. I was hoping to just do the bare minimum because I am selling the car, but he offered to clear up the headlights (like the sparkling ones on the BMW in the lot) for $50 since the bumper will already be off. I couldn't even see the glass on those headlights --that's how clean they were! Sold! Anyway, not only did he take me right off the street, he looked immediately and gave me an incredible price. This was impressive two ways: one, the price. Jesus it's a good deal! Second, I didn't have to wait around for someone to look at it or bring it back in or wait days to hear information of any kind. There it was: price and completion date in a matter of 15 minutes. He said he could get the bumper Monday and it should be ready Tuesday. This is my final glowing point.... No long wait! I will bring my cars here any time I need something done. Everything about my experience was pleasant! If you need any kind of body work, come here. From the get-go, Pam, Bruce, and Tammy were amazing. They kept us updated on what was going on with our vehicles and keeping us in the loop. They treated us respectfully every time we were in the shop or having communications with them. We ended up taking one of our vehicles back shortly after they completed these repairs to have them work on something completely separate from the storm damage because we were so happy with their work.
