This is absolutely not the case. Although plain, this is a clean and well run place. The lot was filled with Hondas and BMWs and a few others obviously. Since I have both, this appealed to me! Auto body work is a tough job and it is nice to see people with expensive cars and trusting them for the work. I needed a new bumper and wanted to pay out of pocket. I was hoping to just do the bare minimum because I am selling the car, but he offered to clear up the headlights (like the sparkling ones on the BMW in the lot) for $50 since the bumper will already be off. I couldn't even see the glass on those headlights --that's how clean they were! Sold! Anyway, not only did he take me right off the street, he looked immediately and gave me an incredible price. This was impressive two ways: one, the price. Jesus it's a good deal! Second, I didn't have to wait around for someone to look at it or bring it back in or wait days to hear information of any kind. There it was: price and completion date in a matter of 15 minutes. He said he could get the bumper Monday and it should be ready Tuesday. This is my final glowing point.... No long wait! I will bring my cars here any time I need something done. Everything about my experience was pleasant! If you need any kind of body work, come here. Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. Instantly we ran into a whirlwind of issues with Kia. They had parts mislabeled in the system and other parts were on back order... indefinitely... with no updates being provided from Kia to the body shop.
