Phenom is refreshing with its dope two room setup, wooden floors, and tees that hang from an automated and revolving rack above. (Like what drycleaners have.) They also carry a small selection of sneaker classics like Nike Air Maxes, Jordans, and New Balances (the non-Grandpa kind), some interesting caps (both snapback and fitted), and original sweatshirts I've never really seen online. I'm not really a fan of their selection, but I can see how some peeps dig it. Aside from the gear, the customer service could be better. I saw one Nike Air Max and got a staff member to get it in my size. I found that it didn't fit and tried chatting with him a bit. She chose a dress I never would have thought would look good on me. The first one I tried on and it was perfect. Then she helped me find another one for a different wedding. Nancy, another sales associate helped too. They were so sweet and helpful. I ended up with 2 dresses in less than 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend this store.
