I generally can find what I'm looking for and as a rewards member I often have extra discounts or Kohls cash. I think most products are priced at MSRP prior to discounts. The store offers lots of variety as well, whether you are shopping for clothes, shoes, bed or bath, kitchen, and even suitcases and vacuums.

I'm not sure what possessed me to continue shopping, but I visited this Kohl's store. I had no problem finding a parking spot. The store is located in a plaza of box stores, which includes Walmart. There is tons of parking. I saw some nice tops and sweaters. I went to try on a couple of sweaters in a fitting room, which was clean and spacious. There were hooks to determine whether I had to have the item, if it goes back on the rack, or if I'm still thinking about it. Frankly, the sweaters that I was trying on weren't that flattering on me, so I had to put them back. This store has an amazing selection of PopSockets. I've never seen anything quite like it. They were all on sale. I saw regular ones that I am familiar with. You can get just the tops and swap them out. There was a cute donut enamel one. There were also fancy jewelled ones. I bought the purple jewelled one because it was pretty in my favourite colour. I liked the travel section. There were nice luggage pieces and accessories. There was an aisle of discounted watches and bracelets. I spent some time looking at everything. There was a bracelet with an infinity symbol as a charm that I knew a friend of mine would love. I went to pay at the checkout. I collected Kohl's reward points through the app on my phone. The cashier was helpful and patient. I used a credit card to pay. All was great. I had a decent shopping experience here. I'm not sure how I managed to continue shopping that day, but I did! (22)

I tried on faux leather jackets, over sized sweaters, clearance summer striped shirts, Spanx black leather pants, army camouflage jeans. They had jewelry too. The most expensive item was $84 and some of the clearance items were about $25. I am a more bright colored girl so known this store leans to the neutrals. The employee was very friendly and welcoming and I would not hesitate to stop in again any time I was back in town to check out their latest offerings.

I googled DSW and signed up for VIP Club and was bombarded with emails. I found black Koolaburra by Ugg Suede boots in Clearance area and another brand that was all leather upper. I was looking for suede cleaner but found a kit for $21.99. The selection of leather conditioner was sparce for a shoe store. I had a 20% off coupon and a $5 email coupon. The 20% had a ton of exclusions. I looked for plain black shoes but couldn't find anything I liked. My size 7 is always sold out. I found these sparkly blingy sneakers by Betsey Johnson and magically that brand isn't excluded. The heel slipped while walking even with socks so I chose a 6.5. I also saved some money and they were $62. I'll probably wear them in spring/summer and they are so adorable. I usually don't splurge on myself but I've had a terrible couple of months and I deserve it. The store is big and they have a good selection of shoes for kids, men and women.

They had a sale going on but browsing around it was super limited compared to sales they used to have in the past. Most of the clothes for women were very thin/see-through material but the prices were a bit high which doesn't add up to me. I unfortunately do not think staff were well managed. The line to check out was fairly long and they had 1-2 cashiers and every single person checking out had issues - including my sister. She noticed the shirt she picked had marks on it and requested to have it switched but I seen staff just standing around the store not doing much when they could have been used as backup to help the line move along.
