i went in to have my car looked at. I asked an estimate on how long it would take to be looked at, and they told me it was next to be up, so I didn't have my wife come pick me up. After an hour of waiting, they apologized to me because the technician skipped over my car and told me it would be another 45 minutes at least until it could be looked at. funny thing is, this is the second time this has happened to me at Belle Tire. We have always gone to Belle in Greenville. The guys are super nice but WITH an appointment it took 3 hours to get 4 tires and 3 hours WITHOUT an appointment before MANY TIMES so it's not just a fluke occurrence. Always claims a reason but when will it change? I've never gotten in and out in under 3 hours, even when it's a slow day. You can clearly see your vehicle gets overlooked by walk-ins several times with simple repairs while you're spending $1200 on tires and being constantly pushed back. Others experience the same issues. Plan ahead if coming but otherwise the work is has always been good. read more

Belle Tire in Greenville, Michigan. I went there this afternoon to get the nail fixed in my tire. The guy tells me it will be two hours before they can get to it. No, I wasn't happy about that, but whatever. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I go up and ask how much longer it might be. Jared there said there was another car in front of me and would be 1-1/2 hours. I asked for my keys back and stormed out. I was targeted for some reason. Maybe because I'm female and maybe they just walk all over women? I don't know. But horrible customer service and I will NEVER go back there again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!! (had to post 1 star or it wouldn't post. but they don't deserve even 1 star) read more

Ryan, the manager, & his assistant manager, Christian, have always given outstanding service.

I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in for a brake job. Christian said no, but they had openings on the following Monday. I told him I needed to leave for work by 11:00 am in order to get to work on time. Would that work? He said that it should. Indeed, I showed up at 8:00 am and was waited on right away. My car was serviced and I was out by 10:00 am and in plenty of time for work. There were a few recommendations made for repair on my car, and I asked for an estimate for next time. I was given the repair estimate with no pressure as to when it must be done. I would recommend them since the work was done in a timely fashion for a fair price. I will return again since my experience was so positive. read more

Ryan is the manager. He treats customers with respect answering questions professionally, honestly, and thoroughly. Jake is a front line employee who works great with people too. My experience with everyone in front has made me feel comfortable coming back to this store. It's my go to shop. Of course none of this is any good if the work isn't done well. I've bought several sets of tires, had brakes done, had a backup camera worked on, and countless oil changes. I've always been pleased with the results. read more

I called to make an appointment for my window. I was able to explain what was going on and get a guess on what the problem might be. I went in, they got my car in the back within about 10 minutes of being there. Their guess on the issue was correct and they were able to fix my window within an hour. Their customer service is very friendly and they're helpful when answering your questions. read more

Sole purpose of this is to inform and not slander... as upset as I am with Belle Tire of Greenville, MI. I must let everyone know. Recently, I purchased 4 wheels & 4 tires on a single transaction with the promise of a 4 wheel alignment and full service. Well I have my tires and wheels bolted to the car.... after the 2nd time of bringing the car in for an alignment because it's still pulling to the right.. I discovered the rear end camber and toe adjustment bolts were never touched... either time but they insisted me they did what they could to bring the camber in close to spec. BE WARNED BELLE TIRE OF GREENVILLE WILL NOT ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUT WILL LIE TO YOU ON THE WORK DONE. Let my photos prove this..... please don't bother wasting your hard earned money on a corporate business that will not follow through with their word. Thank God, I have a Dad that looks out for me even still to this day that isn't afraid to give the honest true mechanic advice and cares about the customer. read more

I bring all of our family vehicles here because they always treat us fairly and are honest and straightforward. Over the years I've had 4 of our vehicles in here for various services. There have been times when they told me a service I requested wasn't worth doing and others where they missed items on the estimate and covered it themselves. A new Belle Tire store opened this week in Greenville,MI.I've been a loooong time customer of Belle and get monthly $20 off coupons. I even won the Detroit Tigers Belle Blast contest, where a Tiger hits a Home run. Today in my mail I received a $30 off coupon, after going to belle tire.com and checking prices, I found 4 tires for my car, that I'd like to purchase today. When I called the Greenville store 616-548-6136, I was told the Manager WILL NOT honor my coupon, because a mailing mistake was made and the coupons were to be sent out next week. In a small town, like Greenville, MI. I can't express how great these folks are to deal with. I do biz with the Belle Tire in Ann Arbor and have been really pleased over the many years I've been dealing with the crew there so when my Aunt asked me for some help and advise getting new tires on her ride I looked for the closest Belle Tire to her home and that was this Greenville location. She's pushing 80 yrs old, widowed and living off very limited means. I was fortunate to have chosen the Greenville Belle Tire for my first inquiry -- looking for trustworthy staff and a fair price. I'm reluctant to share just how helpful and generous they were because they couldn't possibly do what they did for her for everyone and still turn a profit.
