After an hour of waiting, they apologized to me because the technician skipped over my car and told me it would be another 45 minutes at least until it could be looked at. funny thing is, this is the second time this has happened to me at Belle Tire. I stopped going to the Plainfield one because they did this to me there too. Maybe they need a better system of organization
