I kind of wish I went to a different location... My windshield was replaced with a new one but as soon as the work was done, I noticed a scratch on my car above the windshield. First, I was shocked that service rep who worked on my car did not notice this scratch. Second, I spoke to the manager who informed me that they will be ordering a touch up paint from Mazda so that I can come back for the 2nd time to get the scratch covered up. Long story short, but it took over a month for a touch up paint to arrive and that was after multiple follow ups since no one from this location was keeping me in the loop (manager even said that he forgot to order paint initially). Then once the paint arrived, I came back to this location and the same service rep touched up the scratch. I asked for the remaining paint to be given to me so I can use it in case I need to touch up my car again but he refused to give it to me. Once I got home I noticed that only HALF of the scratch was touched up - I contacted the manage again and he dropped of the paint to me the next day so I can do the full touch up myself. In total, this location was quick, but their work quality is very poor with very low attention to detail and bad customer service/follow-up.

However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

Today, I received such great service, which is prompting me to write this review. I was having problems removing an old license plate b/c the screws became old and rusted, and they were impossible to take off. After fidgeting with it (in the cold), for a while, I called Belle Tire and spoke with the manager Adrian. He told me he'd check it out and see what he was able to do. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his right-hand man, Alex and explained to him the situation. Happily, Adrian and Alex, both removed and installed my new license plates. This may not sound like a "big deal", but it was 6:00 and the store was pretty busy. I'm also not that good with the tools and don't have the arm strength to remove stuck screws nor a license plate from the frame of the car. They took care of me with exceptional customer service.
