Recently my back window started to show age and a few bubbles along the heat strips and called the shop to address the situation. I was told that everything was covered under warranty and scheduled an appointment for later that week. Upon arrival, Rigo did a walk through of my car with me addressing all areas of concern that I had and took the car in for repairs. I was told that it would be completed in about 4 hours so I left to get a few things done. About 3 hours later I got a call stating that everything was good to go. This is where it gets interesting and where I totally recommend these guys!!! As most car owners know, you value your investment and know it's every inch. The morning of the retint, I washed all the windows, highlighted all areas of concern I had and pointed them out to the manager. Upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed an inch long slice in the front passenger tint. How could I have not seen that before? Idk! I thought that it was from their team and done during the installation as I was having a front windshield banner installed that day as well. As I addressed it with Rigo (and not in the greatest of ways as I was heated), he pulled up the cameras and patiently allowed me to review them. From what I saw after nearly 30 minutes of not blinking to ensure nothing was missed, it was undetermined if in fact his team did the damage or not. I felt bad at this point. Prior to leaving the facility and talking to Rigo, he would not let me leave or pay until he could address the situation and make it right. Regardless of not being able to take ownership of the issue, he stepped up and did. He owned it and demanded that he be allowed to fix it free of charge. I was not only ashamed but amazed at his cool demeanor and willingness to step in. I left the car that afternoon and allowed them to take care of the additional window. The next morning I swung by to grab the car and pay the bill. Not only was my car parked inside overnight but looked to be washed as well. They're even able to respond via text messaging (for those of us who hate being on the phone). Rick from Auto Glass MD came out and finished my windshield right on time for me to enjoy the day! I kind of wish I went to a different location... My windshield was replaced with a new one but as soon as the work was done, I noticed a scratch on my car above the windshield. First, I was shocked that service rep who worked on my car did not notice this scratch. Second, I spoke to the manager who informed me that they will be ordering a touch up paint from Mazda so that I can come back for the 2nd time to get the scratch covered up. Long story short, but it took over a month for a touch up paint to arrive and that was after multiple follow ups since no one from this location was keeping me in the loop (manager even said that he forgot to order paint initially). Then once the paint arrived, I came back to this location and the same service rep touched up the scratch. I asked for the remaining paint to be given to me so I can use it in case I need to touch up my car again but he refused to give it to me. Once I got home I noticed that only HALF of the scratch was touched up - I contacted the manage again and he dropped of the paint to me the next day so I can do the full touch up myself. In total, this location was quick, but their work quality is very poor with very low attention to detail and bad customer service/follow-up.

After 15 minutes Trevor called my name and we went over the problem, my right front tire. It had been losing air and they carefully checked it over, submerging it in water and came up with no air leaks. When I was concerned that they had not found a problem that could be identified and repaired, Trevor reassured me that the tire would be fine and sometimes there just is no answer for gradual leaks. I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.
