I did get compliments on my hair when he did my hair so it is worth it. They also pamper you with drinks if you like. However it is not cheap. First time I went thinking highlights was 200 dollars and it ended up being something like 400 dollars because they split the highlight from toner online and you have to buy both separately. You won't get one or the other everyone gets both so I was quite shocked about this glitch and didn't realize my highlight was going to add up to 400+ dollars including tip just to get highlights. To my surprise they will give you a price and make you sign a form so it is almost like an agreement and I guess it is because of this glitch to make sure everyone understands the real pricing but I will be honest my first time I felt deceived (because I went thinking highlight was 200 dollars) but I am glad they did this so I didn't see the high price after I got the hair done. So my first time I signed up for highlight and cut but after I saw the real prices (both services would have cost me 700+, I decided not to get the hair cut because I felt this was ridiculous amount of money. Because Kenny did a good job I went back but could only afford highlight... One time I asked for "partial" and when I got partial usually they did everything including sides but not the back (which is not seen) to avoid too much damage and price difference is only 50 dollars but I learned the partial here means only top of the head so my sides were left. I asked if it can be converted to full because I didn't want the contrast of having brown hair with blond hair and it looks cheap and I was filling to pay the extra 50 dollars (when you already pay 400, what is extra 50 to get the full head) but it was refused because he didn't have time saying next time he can do full. Overall, they do good coloring job but prices are not cheap and you will spend all your afternoon (like 5+ plus) to get your highlight. I recommend Kenny. He also has a lot of reviews from other customers which was why I choose him and he didn't disappoint

Honestly, Sharon is so good at what she does, I don't even think I needed a trial because I absolutely loved what she did but it gave me peace of mind and reassurance. I told her all my concerns (oily skin, hair that doesn't hold curls, etc) and she made sure it was all addressed. I had SO many compliments after my trial and on wedding day. My hair normally doesn't hold a curl but I wanted cohesive waves and they held the entire night without making my hair feel stiff. She was perfectly on time too. Her arrival, set up and doing my mom's makeup, my sister's hair and makeup and then mine. She ended perfectly at the end time we aimed for too. I was also pretty nervous on wedding morning and getting my hair and makeup done was surprisingly soothing. I've never felt prettier in makeup than I did with Sharon's work.
