I canceled on 9-23 to end the membership at the end of October.....more than meeting their policy. This starts your nightmare! You will receive multiple emails and ride messages about cancelling! Upon calling you get someone who plays dumb. The result? I will not go back and am now paying for all of October without using their services. At the corporate level this company is a hot mess! I said but you told me it would be $250. She was not professional at all and breeched her verbal contract. (It also says $250 on their website) I have a civil claim I can pursue. Not happy with my hair, mainly front parts are lightened but back of my head was barely lightened so my head just looks very weird because from the front it looks like most of my hair is that color but from the back there's streaks of lighter hair. Don't know if it was the stylist I had but had 2 appointments with her. Chose this place because it had good reviews and I wanted to choose a salon that wasn't super busy. The salon itself is very small, cute and quiet.
